Questions about how a convention works, about passes, extras? We answer them!
A convention or fan-meet is an event organized over one or more daysduring which actors meet their fans.The program includes: photo sessions, autographs, Q&A panels and other activities that will be announced gradually on our social media.
Purchasing a PASS is mandatory to access the event.Passes are available on the official ticketing website, accessible via the page ofthe event and our social media.Without a valid pass, you will be refused access to the convention.
The pass is the entry ticket to the convention. Extras are additional activities with one or more guests (photo, autograph, meet and greet, etc.).It is impossible to purchase an extra without a pass. Any extra purchased without a valid pass will be non-refundable and will not grant access to the event. Passes and extras are available exclusively through the official online ticketing platform.
A panel is a moment of exchange on stage during which guests discuss with the public and answer questions from fans.
The guests are announced gradually on our social media, once theirAttendance officially confirmed. We do not respond to inquiries regarding future guests not yet announced.
No. Resale is prohibited without prior authorization. In exceptional cases, a credit note may be offered, but we reserve the right to refuse.
We remind you that it is important not to attend a convention for just one guest, as schedules can change.In the event of an actor's cancellation, several options will be offered:Reimbursement for the extras concerned only.Credit valid for other extrasOnly extras are refundable. A guest's cancellation does not result in the cancellation of the event; therefore, no pass refunds will be issued. A deadline will be provided for submitting refund requests. After this deadline, no requests will be accepted.
In the event of a complete cancellation of the convention, all purchases (passes and extras) will be fully refunded, without exception.
The pass must be collected from our staff on the morning of the event.Required documents:An identity document,All e-tickets received by email,For 16-18 year olds: a signed parental authorization.It is not possible to retrieve another person's pass.
Two situations:Under 16 years: mandatory presence of an accompanying adult (with their own pass).Between 16 and 18 years old: signed parental authorization + copy of the parent/guardian's identity document.Access may be refused if these conditions are not met.
An extra guest is a guest who is not included in the passes and whose activities require the purchase of specific extras.
Videos are strictly prohibited throughout the convention.Flash photography is only permitted when guests arrive on stage.During the Q&A panels: photos without flash only.Any infraction may result in a warning, then permanent exclusion withoutrefund.
The companion pass is reserved for those accompanying people with reduced mobility. It grants access only to the convention. No extras are permitted with this pass. Any extras purchased with a companion pass will be invalidated, without refund.
Yes.Passes can be paid for in installments directly through the ticket office.Some passes allow payment in 1 to 3 installments depending on their category.Failure to meet the deadlines will invalidate the pass and no refund will be issued. The final ticket is sent only after all payments have been received.
